Assistant Professor Sanita Šaitere, Dr.psych. developed and led master's degree courses in the fields of work and organizational psychology and social psychology: Theories and Methods of Organizational Psychology, Economic Psychology, Ergonomics, Psychological Research in Organizations, Social Psychology, Management Psychology and Organizational Psychology (bachelors's level). Leads supervision practices and master's theses in the field of work and organizational psychology. She is certified in the field of work and organizational psychology, with supervisory rights and a board member of the Latvian Society of Work and Organizational Psychologists.
