Research Laboratories and Equipment
FESP’s research infrastructure includes cutting-edge technologies that support the faculty’s primary research areas in educational sciences, psychology and arts:
- Drones: Five different types, totalling 11 drones, including programmable indoor drones for controlled research environments.
- 3D Printing: 18 printers of three different types for research in digital design and education.
- Virtual Reality (VR) Technologies: 37 devices across 8 VR systems, including Vizible software for VR content development and collaboration.
- Educational robotics (different sets)
- Digital and Multimedia Research Tools:
- High-resolution cameras (Canon EOS 90D)
- 3D scanners (iReal 2E Color 3D Scanner)
- 360-degree cameras (Insta360 X3, Insta360 ONE RS, Insta360 Pro 2)
- Binaural microphones for immersive sound research (3Dio FS XLR)
- VIVE Facial Tracker for motion capture research
FESP supports psychological and cognitive research through specialized equipment, including:
- Physiological data measurement tools (EmotiBit)
- Electroencephalography (EEG) system (OpenBCI)
- Driving simulator for cognitive and behavioural studies
