Associate Professor Ieva Stokenberga, Dr. psych., teaches courses in Personality psychology, Health psychology, and Sexuality education in psychology and education sciences programs. The doctoral degree was awarded in 2010 for the doctoral thesis "The Role of Humor in stress coping". The main research interests are individual and environmental factors for health promotion.

Health behaviour under the influence of personality and environmental factors, sexual and reproductive health, and sexual behaviour. Psychological aspects of occupational health. Research on humour (humour styles, comic styles).
