Associate Professor Anda Gaitniece-Putāne, Dr. psych., teaches courses "Personality psychology: methods of self development and self-efficacy promotion", "Stress management", "Communication skills training", "The development methods of employee", "The development methods of teams and individs". Works as a practicing psychologist and supervisor.
