Associate Professor Anda Gaitniece-Putāne, Dr. psych., teaches courses "Personality psychology: methods of self development and  self-efficacy promotion", "Stress management",  "Communication skills training", "The development methods of employee", "The development methods of teams and individs".  Works as a practicing psychologist and supervisor. She is a member of Latvian Society of Psychologists, the Latvian Society of Work and Organizational Psychologists and the Latvian Association of  Supervisors.
