This international teacher education staff meeting will bring together researchers, teacher educators, student teachers and educational practitioners to discuss and share research findings and innovative strategies on attracting, preparing, and retaining teachers in diverse educational contexts. They will analyse local experiences of attracting dedicated individuals to the teaching profession and making sure they remain, creating global perspectives on the issue. The event is part of the DAAD project “Teaching Internationally” advocating for an idea of internationalisation of teacher education, fostering dialogue and collaboration across borders.
Everyone is invited to join the three-day conference online, with free access to a range of thematically engaging sessions. Registration is open until the 27th of February. The full programme along with the registration form is available here: following link . Online participation is free of charge.
